GETTING HERE
The suggested way to get to Bukit Lawang is to first fly into Medan and to either take a public bus to Binjai (about 30.000 IDR per person) and from Binjai to Bukit Lawang (about 25.000 IDR per person), or take a private car from the airport straight to Bukit Lawang (about 650.000 IDR one way).
If you're not flying into Medan, the easiest place to find a bus to Bukit Lawang is Pinang Baris (about 25.000 IDR).

mini-buses that say "Bukit Lawang" in the window which you can take.
